ROBERTS, WINNIFRED MARY - The death of Winnifred M. Roberts of Hampton, widow of Charles Roberts occurred August 23, 2003 at Carleton Memorial Hospital, Woodstock. She was born at Saint John, daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (McLeod) Russell. Winnifred was a member of Hampton United Church and Hampton Seniors. She is survived by three daughters Roseanne McLaughlin (Alfred) of Woodstock, Deborah Burgess of Saint John, Venessa Roberts of Edmonton, Alberta; three sons, Charles of Saint John, William of Edmonton and Joseph of Hampton; one half sister Joan Chappell of Saint John; five half brothers Brian Russell, David Russell and Wayne Russell of Nova Scotia, Earl Russell of Toronto, Stephen Russell of Saint John; 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. ?? Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Wednesday at Reid's Funeral Home Chapel with service at 2:00 pm. Rev. Keith Lyons officiating.
