52, Sydney Shawn Nelson Lewis, 52, of Manse Street, Sydney, passed away at home on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008. Born in Sydney, he was the son of the late Owen and Loretta (Prosser). Shawn was employed with Nova Scotia Power as a procurement team leader. Surviving are his son, Kirk, Sydney; sisters, Philene (Wes) Simms and Janis Pearson, Sydney; brothers, Owen (Janet) Lewis and Scott (Carolyn), Sydney. Besides his parents, Shawn was predeceased by his brothers, Barry and Todd. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at St. Alban’s Anglican Church on Thursday, 2 p.m. with Rev. Brenda Drake officiating. Interment in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the St. Alban’s Building Fund.
