AMOS, DOROTHY STUART - On October 14, 2003, at her residence Dorothy S. Amos of Carleton Kirk Nursing Home and formerly of Saint John West, widow of Albert Amos. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of the late Capt. John Boyd and Edith (Finney) Morehouse. Dorothy was a life long resident of Saint John and a member of Trinity Anglican Church. She was predeceased by her son W. Stuart Amos, two brothers Harold and Kenneth Morehouse, one niece Joyce Morehouse. She is survived by one sister Josephine Hartling of Saint John, one sister-in-law Alena Morehouse of Saint John, one nephew Wayne Morehouse (Elsie) of Saint John East. Several nieces and nephews and her extended family at Carleton Kirk Lodge. Resting at the A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster (634-1712) with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4, 7-9pm from where the funeral will be held on Thursday with services at 1:00pm. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
