FRASER, WILLIAM DANIEL - The death of William D. Fraser occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Monday, October 13th, 2003. Born in Halifax, NS he was the son of the late William J. and Florence Fraser and husband of Levina (Organ) Fraser. Bill was a long time member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #93 and was involved with the Korean Vets Association. Survived by his wife, Levina; sons, Wayne G. (Mary) of Geary, NB, Gary W. (Sharon) of Edmonton, AB, Robert A. (Hollie) of Waasis, NB and Thomas P. (Delphine) of Yarmouth, NS; daughter, Mary E. Wilson (Robert) of Oromocto, NB; sister, Helen Fraser of Toronto, ON and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation by request. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Thursday, October 16th, 2003 at 11:00 am. Rev. Ken Weir officiating. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #93 will hold a tribute service following the memorial service. Interment will take place in the adjoining church cemetery with a reception to follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Lung Association or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
