LINDON, JUNE IRENE - The death of June Irene Lindon of Fredericton, NB occurred at her residence on October 23rd, 2003. Born in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Ada (Morehouse) Taylor and wife of the late Edward "Ned" Lindon. June was a member of Gibson Memorial United Church. She retired as an Immigration Officer with the federal government after many years of service. She was also an avid bridge player and a member of the same bridge club for over fifty years. Survived by two brothers, Donald (Vi) Taylor of Fredericton, NB and Robert (Joan) Taylor of Saint John, NB; two sisters, Jean Taylor and Marlene Latchford both of Fredericton, NB; sister-in-law, Millicent (Larry) Campbell of Charlottetown, PEI and several nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held from the J.A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Monday, October 27th, 2003 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Boyd Vincent officiating. Interment will take place in the Fredericton Rural Extension Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
