MERCER, DOROTHY MARIE - The death of Dorothy (Creighton) Mercer, age 86, wife of the late Harry W. Mercer, Sussex Corner, NB, occurred at the Sussex Health Centre, Saturday, October 25, 2003. Dorothy was born in Dutch Valley, NB, the daughter of Samuel and Ethel (Walker) Creighton. She is survived by; son Wayne, Sussex Corner, daughter Susan and Jaime Connolly, Fredericton, grandson Blake, granddaughter Brooke, nieces; Linda Waterston, Sandra McGinley and Betty Hawkes, nephews; Herb, Ed and Al Creighton, sisters-in-law; Ruth Creighton, Christine Creighton and Hope Mercer McGinley and cousins. Dorothy was predeceased by her brothers Roy and Elmer Creighton. Resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home, 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB (839-2156) .
