McCONCHIE, JESSIE MAY - The death of Jessie May McConchie of Passekeag, widow of Gordon T. McConchie occurred November 4, 2003 at her residence. She was born at Armstrong's Corner, Queens County, daughter of the late Ludlow and Jennie (Smith) Lyon. Jessie was a loving grandmother and caring neighbour. She was a great cook, enjoyed sewing and making greenery at Christmas time. Jessie always attended horse shows and she loved her cats. She is survived by two daughters Bernice Chase of Hampton, June McKay (Melbourne) of Hampton; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one uncle, one cousin, several nieces and nephews. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Friday, 1:00 pm at Reid's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Lyons officiating.
