KATHERINE MARGARET CAMPBELL

CAMPBELL, KATHERINE MARGARET - Peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB, following a brief illness, Mrs. Katherine Margaret (Justason) Campbell, wife of the late Maynard Keith Campbell, of Pennfield, NB. Born in Pennfield, NB on November 13, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Angus and Mary (Justason) Justason. A loving mother and grandmother, and dear friend to many, she is survived by one daughter, Joan Wallace of New Maryland, NB; four grandchildren, Brian (Carole) Wallace and Brenda (Mrs. Greg Wilson), Beth Wallace, all of Fredericton, NB, and Brent Wallace of Ottawa, ON; two great-grandchildren, Miranda and Travis Wallace of Fredericton; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her husband and parents, she was pre-deceased by one brother, Chandler Justason. Kay was employed a short time by Connors Bros. Ltd., but most of her life she was a homemaker, caring for her family and neighbors. She was a life time member of the Pennfield Baptist Church where she also taught Sunday School for 50 years. She was a Dominion Life Member of the Women's Missionary Society, and a long time member of the Charlotte Liberal Association. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home, 26 Portage Street, St. George, NB (755-3533), with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm from the Pennfield Baptist Church, followed by interment in the church cemetery. In Kay's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. www.stgeorgefh.ca
