VENEAU, ALICE ELIZABETH "BETTY" - The death of Betty (Daley) Veneau of Wendy Court, Rothesay, NB occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, December 11th, 2003. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the wife of the late Nicholas F. Veneau and daughter of the late Edward and Estelle (Gray) Daley. Betty is survived by two daughters, Linda Duncan (Ron) of Rothesay, NB and Bettylou Veneau of London, ON; two sons, Nick Veneau (Debbie) of Welsford, NB and Harry Veneau (Terri) of London, ON; one sister, Ruth Trecartin of Saint John, NB; three brothers, Richard Daley (Pat), Donald and Jack Daley, all of Saint John, NB; one sister-in-law, Louise Daley of St. Martins, NB; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters, Hazel and May and five brothers Ralph, George, Harry, Bob and Norman. At Betty's request there will be no public visitation. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th, 2003 in the chapel at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506) 634-7424 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
