LARONDE, BARBARA ANN - The death of Barbara Ann Laronde of Saint John occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on January 4, 2004. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Mary (Keleher) Bradbin. She is the wife of James Laronde and long time companion of the late Percy Cook. Barbara was a life long resident of Saint John and was Roman Catholic by faith. Besides her husband she is survived by one son James Laronde Jr. of North Bay, Ont., two daughters, one grandson Kenneth Laronde, one sister Eileen Vautour (Arthur) of Quispamsis and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother William Bradbin in September 2003. Resting at the A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) with visiting on Tuesday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel, followed by internment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
