GREENLAW, FRANCES CAROLYN (FRAN) - The death of Fran Greenlaw occurred on January 6, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital in the arms of her best friend and companion Blaine Thorne. Raised on Grand Manan, Fran was predeceased by her dad Cleveland Parker and mom Vivian and sister Shirley Harris. A long time employee of Connor's Brothers Ltd. in Black's Harbour, Fran was dedicated to improving the work environment for others. Fran lived life with zest and humour. Her enthusiastic spirit and wit will be missed by those whose lives she touched with her generosity. Fran is survived by her soulmate Blaine Thorne, three sisters Nancy (Neil) Smith, and Doreen Green both of Saint John and Carrie (Eugene) Cronk of Grand Manan, several nieces and nephews and many close friends. A memorial service will be held at the St. George Funeral Home, Saturday, January 10th, 2004 at 1:00 pm (755-3533). Remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. www.stgeorgefh.ca
