KELLY, GLENNA PEARL - Glenna Pearl Kelly passed away on January 27, 2004, at the home of her granddaughter, in Waterville, Carleton County, N.B.. She was 100. She was born June 17, 1903, to Dell and Eliza (Tracy) Lawrence of Wilmot, N.B.. She is survived by daughters Jean Barrett (Ralph), Waterville, Leatha Morrison (Jimmy), Toronto, son Ralph of Jacksonville, 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband Donald, daughter Amy Doherty (George), great grandchild Karen Doherty, sisters Lottie Rickard, Della Bell, Effie Waters, Nellie Carmichael, brothers William, Frank, Jim, and Archie. The Kelly's moved from their home in Hartland to Woodville Road in West Saint John in 1950. Donald passed away in 1984 at the age of 81 and Glenna stayed in Saint John until 1998, when she moved to Waterville to live with her daughter Jean. Funeral service was held from the Carleton Funeral Home, Jacksonville, on January 28 with Reverend Maynard Rector officiating. Pallbearers were grandchildren Larry Doherty, Ann McAffee, Ronald Barrett, Joan Russell, Gary Kelly and nephew Lynn Lawrence. Interment to be at the Wilmot Cemetery in the spring.
