AZOR EDWARD KELLY

KELLY, AZOR EDWARD - Azor Edward Kelly, 66, of Glastonbury, Conn., beloved husband of Sue S. Kelly, died Monday, February 16th, 2004, at Riverside Health Care after a valiant three year battle with lung cancer. Born September 8th, 1937, in New Brunswick, Canada, son of the late Frederick J. and Margaret (Smith) Kelly; he had lived in Glastonbury for the past 20 years. Prior to his retirement last year, he was an Electrical Supervisor for the Department of Corrections for the State of Connecticut. Mr. Kelly was a member of the Big Brothers of America, the I.B.E.W. Local #1253, the Metal Detecting Society of East Hartford, the Inter-State Police Assoc., and had served in the U.S. Army. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law , Christopher E. and Myong Suk Kelly of West Virginia; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Jack Szydlosky of Virginia, Kimberly Kelly-Budd and Steven Budd of West Virginia; three brothers, George (Suzanne) Kelly, Beechwood, NB, Joseph (Barbara) Kelly, Hampton, NB, Paul Kelly, Naples, Florida; one sister Marie (Laurence) Fenton, Head of Millstream. Predeceased by sisters Della Parry and Kathleen Kelly of Vancouver, BC. A mass of Christian Burial was held in Glastonbury. Burial was at St. Augustine's Cemetery, South Glastonbury with full military honours. Arrangements by Mulryan Funeral Home.
