MYERS, GEORGINA MAE (GEDDES) - Georgina Mae (Geddes) Myers, wife of the late Hollis W. Myers, of Grand Falls, N.B., (formerly of Halifax Nova Scotia) entered into the presence of her Lord on Friday, February 27 at Hotel Dieu of Saint Joseph in Perth-Andover, N.B. Georgina was a resident of Victoria Glen Manor and a member of the Grand Falls Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Rev. Gerald (Donna) Myers, Grand Falls, N.B.; daughters, Marlene (Everett) Dunfield, Fredericton, N.B.; Donna (Max) Myers-Rafuse, Chester, N.S.; sisters, Viola (Gower) Berry, Lower Economy; Helen Wambolt, Shirley Clarke, Truro; sisters-in-law; Roxy and Carolyn Geddes, Truro; brother-in-law, James Worthylake, Truro; grandchildren, Debbie (Garry) Evans, Dwight (Kari) Dunfield, Andrew (Kelly) Myers, Becky (Paul) Rutherford, Duane Dunfield, Miriam (Rene) Robichaud, Rachel Myers, Stephanie Rafuse; six great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her parents, Hector and Lauretta (MacArthy) Geddes; sister, Phyllis Worthylake; brothers, Frank, Fred, Walter, Maurice and Robert. The remains are resting at Mattatall Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, N.S. where visiting hours will be Tuesday March 2, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The memorial service will be from the Chapel at Mattatall's, Wednesday, March 3, at 2pm with Pastor Gerald Myers, officiating. Interment will take place in Halifax in the spring.
