STEEVES, WINNIE - Winnie Steeves, of Plumweseep, passed away on February 27, 2004 at the age of 93. Winnie was the daughter of the late Neil and Lottie Ross and the wife of the late Wendell Steeves who passed away in 1955. She is survived by four sons, Glendon (Persis) of Kingston, Allan (Sheila) of Ottawa, Ross (Judie) of Vancouver, John (Donna) of Sussex, her brother, Neil Ross (Pearl) of PEI, two sisters, Marion Matheson of PEI, Muriel Farley of New York, 12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Winnie was predeceased by three brothers, Charlie, Fred and Danny and two sisters, Flora and Ruth and by Wendell's first wife Pauline (Kay). Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). At Winnie's request there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held from Sussex United Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at 2:00 pm.
