JEFFERSON, GORDON EPHRAM - Peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at his residence in Guelph on Wednesday, March 3, 2004. Gordon E. Jefferson, in his 71st year, was the beloved husband of Aileen (nee Lockhart) Jefferson. He was the dear father of Lynne Jefferson of Guelph, Brian and his wife Catherine Jefferson of Deep River and the late Keith Jefferson. He was the dear grandfather of Cole Jefferson. Gordon was the dear brother of Lloyd Jefferson and his wife Kaye and was the dear uncle of Ronald and Vickie-Lee Jefferson of Nova Scotia. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home and Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Gordon will be held on Sunday at 8:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Joseph's Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph, on Monday, March 8, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
