GAGNON, LEONARD "BERT" - At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, March 24, 2004, Mr. Leonard "Bert" Gagnon of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 76 years. He was married to the former Murielle Bourgoin. Born at St-Leonard-Parent in 1927, he was a son of the late Isaac and Eleonore (Tremblay) Gagnon. A retired businessman, Mr. Gagnon was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 3rd degree, council 2331. He was predeceased by a grandson, Erick Bonenfant, sisters, Adele, Marie, Rose-Anna and Lucienne, brothers, Omer, Donat, Aurele, Telesphore, Lucien, Antonio and Robert. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Roger (Mimi) of Grand Falls, Michel (Lise) and Daniel (Donna) of Moncton, four daughters, Jocelyne (Guy Hebert) of Fredericton, Suzanne (Paul Marino) of New Hampshire, Line (Jocelyn Bonenfant) of Drummond and Anne Jensen (Mitchell) of New Denmark, 14 grandchildren, one great granddaughter, Marie-Eve, as well as nieces and nephews. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. His funeral will be held Saturday, March 27th at 2 p.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, with interment in the Assumption cemetery.
