NICKERSON, MARY - Mary Nickerson, of the Kiwanis Nursing Home and formerly of Golding Street, Sussex, NB, passed away on April 4, 2004 at the age of 85. Mary was the daughter of the late Peter and Robina (McGillivray) Waugh and the wife of the late Charles Nickerson who passed away in 1963. Mary is survived by two daughters, Jean Folkins (David) of Mount Middleton, Elizabeth Forsythe (Allison) of Waterford, two sons, Robin (Hank) (Louise Cairns) of Columbia, South Carolina, James (Wanda) of Regina, Saskatchewan, four brothers, three sisters, four sisters-in-law, five granddaughters, one grandson, six great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her brothers James and John and by her sister Ina and her grandson Robert Forsythe. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Tuesday 2-4, 7-9. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 20 will hold a tribute Tuesday at 6:45 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from St. Paul's United Church on Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at 2:00 pm.
