HURLEY, FREDERICK WILLIAM - The death of Frederick William Hurley beloved husband of the late Jean Louise (Douglass) Hurley, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Friday April 23, 2004. He was the son of the late William John and Agnus Jane (MacLellan) Hurley. Frederick was the owner and operator of a General Store and Lumber Business in Stanley, and was an active member of the Hillcrest United Church in Stanley. Frederick is survived by sons, Danny Hurley (Deborah) of Sherwood Park AB and Arthur Hurley of Stanley NB; daughter Sandra Foreman of Moncton NB; seven grandchildren, Terry (Karen) of Moncton, Jeffrey (Shannon) of Edmonton, Andrea (Brad) of Halifax, Jennifer (Derrick) of Stanley, Jill (Derek) of Toronto, Mark (Alysha) of Edmonton and Michael (Kelly) of Edmonton; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Jessie Vosper (Robert) of London ON; special niece, Heather Jane and several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents he was predeceased by brothers, Arthur, Bertrand and John and sister, Annie Mae Hurley. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Hillcrest United Church, Stanley on Monday, April 26, 2004 at 2 pm with Rev. Murray McFarlane officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest United Church Cemetery, Stanley.
