KELLY, FRANCES M. - Frances M. Kelly 84, of Camden Terrace, Moncton and formerly of Riverview, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Saturday April 24, 2004. Born in Moncton, daughter of the late Victor and Jennie (Donaghy) Bowlby. Frances was a former employee of N.B. Department of Agriculture and former employee of the Moncton R.C.M.P. 21 years service, member of St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Riverview, member of Fidelity Chapter # 36 O.E.S, Riverview, member and Past Matron of Frank H. Tingley # 5 O.E.S., former Grand Representative to Alabama and Past President of the Provincial Grand Representatives Club, Life Member of the Moncton and Canadian Kennel Club. In past years Frances was involved in Girl Guides and enjoyed reading but most of all she enjoyed her family and friends. Frances will be sadly missed by her nieces Joan Bishop (David), Inverness, FL; Vickie Fowler (Carl), Moncton; Grandnieces; Deborah Kane (Geff), Shelley Hopper (Jeffery): Grandnephews; Stephen Bishop (Sheila), Aaron Fowler. Frances was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by her husband J. Edmund Kelly (June 1985): Brothers; Garnet, Victor. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, Tuesday 2-4, 7-9. Fidelity Chapter # 36 and Frank H. Tingley # 5 combined memorial service Tuesday 6:45pm. Funeral Service at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Riverview, Wednesday April 28, 2004, 2:30pm. Rev. Canon Albert Snelgrove officiating. Reception following the service.
