ORCHARD, JOHN ROBERT - The death of John Robert Orchard, 79, of Hampton and formerly of Jemseg, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital, April 30, 2004. Husband of Winnifred (Newman) Orchard. Born May, 28, 1924, he was son of the late James and Grace (DeLong) Orchard. He is survived by wife; daughters Grace and Carroll Cameron, Keswick, and Carol and Stephen Monahan, Hampton.; sons Ronald and Catherine Orchard, White's Cove, and Malcolm and Bonnie Orchard, Texas; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brother Ben Orchard, Fredericton; one aunt; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Pre-deceased by sister Doris DeLong. Following cremation a committal service will be held at Saint John The Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, White's Cove, NB, Monday, May 3, 2004 at 2:00 PM.
