RICHARD, WILLIAM (BILLY) - At McDonald's Home in Wickham, on May 1st, 2004 William (Billy) Richard, 78 years. Survived by his wife Regeanne (Pontbriand) Richard of Chipman. Predeceased by son, John Albert Richard. Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home until Tuesday when funeral Mass will be held from St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Chipman, at 11 a.m. with Father Peter Stephen officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
