CARR, NORMAN LAWRENCE - Norman Carr of Newfoundland died by motor vehicle accident in Port Hawkesbury, NS on May 5, 2004. He was born in Saint John and was the son of the late William and Viola P. (Donald) Carr. Norman spent the greater part of his life in Saint John and while here was employed with Bill's Taxi doing deliveries. He had also coached little league baseball in his younger years. Norman is survived by one brother Edward Donald, two sisters Judith Donald and Sadie Stephens all of Saint John, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers Douglas, Arthur and Bruce. Resting at the A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home (634-1712) 91 Leinster Street, from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, May 10th at 11:00am. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Visiting hours are Sunday May 9th from 7-9pm. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
