ISIDORE BOURGOIN
BOURGOIN, ISIDORE - At the Grand Falls General Hospital, May 9, 2004, Mr. Isidore Bourgoin of New Denmark passed away at the age of 96 years. He was the husband of the late Albina Ouellette. Born at Drummond in 1907, he was a son of the late Etienne and Omerine (Lavoie) Bourgoin. He was predeceased by four children, Gilbert, Gerard, Roger and Marie-Jeanne. He is survived by seven sons, John (Birdie) of Terrace, B.C., Alyre (Lyne) of Nanaimo, B.C., Real (Huguette) of Fermont, Quebec, Urbain (Jocelyne), Patrice and Ghislain (Lisa) of New Denmark and Benoit (Danielle) of Drummond, six daughters, Yvana Barnes of Seattle, Washington, Gisele Rioux (Curtis Monsoon) of Terrace, B.C., Anne-Marie Parent of Charlesbourg, Quebec, Marie-Jeanne Bourgoin (Alyre Leclerc) and Bernadette Bourgoin (Roch Bois) of New Denmark and Rose-Alma Geneau of Drummond, daughter-in-law, Marie-Therese Bourgoin (late Gilbert) of Drummond, 44 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, one brother, Leo (Marie) of Drummond, several nieces and nephews. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 p.m. His funeral will be held Thursday, May 13th at 4:15 p.m. from the Saint-Michel Roman Catholic Church, Drummond, with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
