HELEN M. "HONEY" STEELE

STEELE, HELEN M. "HONEY" - Of Saint John East died peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on May 27, 2004. Born in Sydney, NS, Helen was the wife of John Steele and was the daughter of the late Ralph and Helen (Bradbury) Morley. Helen was a resident of Saint John for the past fifteen years and was employed with Tender Care Nursing Services for a number of years. Surviving in addition to her husband are four sons Ted Coleman (Linda) of Sydney Mines, Charles Coleman (Alice) of Florence, NS, John Coleman (Kris) of Chicago, USA, Robert Coleman (Florence) of Vancouver, BC; one daughter Lynn MacDonald (Roy) of Truro, NS; three brothers James Morley (Sue) of Hamilton, ON, Kenneth Morley (Judy) of Scarborough, ON, Ron Morley (Glenda) of North Sydney; six grandchildren Michael and Terri MacDonald, Sidney, Adam, Jenna and Caelin Coleman as well as several nieces and nephews. Resting at the A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) from where the service will be held in Cavanagh's Chapel on Sunday at 2pm. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm and Sunday from 12-2pm. A graveside service and interment will take place at Lakeside Cemetery, North Sydney on Monday at 2pm. Donations to Hospice Saint John would be appreciated by the family.
