BUTLER, JOHN - At the Grand Falls General Hospital, May 30, 2004, Mr. John Wayne Butler passed away at the age of 50 years. He had been residing at the Marc Michaud Special Care Home of Grand Falls. John was born at Sackville, New Brunswick in 1954. He was a foster son of Garnit and Freda (White) Mason of Amherst Head, Nova Scotia. He was predeceased by foster brothers John Mason and Roy Fillmore. He is survived by brother, Kenneth Butler, foster brothers and sisters, Marie McGlasher Mason, Firth Sauveur, George Mason, Ernest Mason, Linda Lehcer Mason and Robert Fillmore, all of Nova Scotia. He also leaves behind his friends of the residence and of the community. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting Thursday from 1-2 p.m. His funeral will be held Thursday, June 3rd at 2 p.m. from the Grand Falls Baptist Church, with Pastor Gerald Myers officiating. Interment will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Grand Falls. www.oregans.ca
