TOWNSHEND, ANNE MacALLISTER "ALLISTER" (nee SMITH) - Passed away peacefully at Central Park Lodge, Toronto after a brief illness on Saturday June 12th, 2004 at the age of 92 years. Dear wife of Howard for 55 years. Loving mother of Roger and his wife Cindy. Cherished grandmother of Esther and Alyssa. Predeceased by her infant daughter Star. Allister lived for many years in Saint John, N.B. and Ottawa. She will be fondly remembered and missed by family and many close friends. Friends will be received at St. John's Presbyterian Church (415 Broadview Avenue) on Wednesday June 16th, 2004 at 11:30 A.M. with a service to celebrate her life beginning at 12:30 P.M., reception to follow.
