DOBBIN, DAVID WILLIAM - Died suddenly at home in Fairvale on June 22. David was the beloved son of Harry and the late Winnifred Dobbin, brother of Pamela (spouse Jim McLellan), Marilyn, Janice and Susan (spouse Michael McCurdy). David is predeceased by his son Andrew and survived by daughters Liza, Cynthia and Krista. David was a dedicated English teacher in Saint John and upon his retirement spent his winters travelling in Thailand and his summers sailing out of the Rothesay Yacht Club. David was loved by all who knew him and will be sorely missed. Following cremation, a private family ceremony will be held at a later date. Memorial gifts will be gratefully received by the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice. Arrangements are under the direction of A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street (634-1712)
