JEFFREY, ERNEST RAY - The death of Mr. Ernest Ray Jeffrey, husband of the late H. Jean (Orr) Jeffrey, occurred at his residence on Wednesday June 23, 2004, at the Gagetown Nursing Home. Born 1921, in Woods Harbour, NS, he was the son of the late Chesley Rae and Eva D. (Larkin) Jeffrey. He is survived by his son Corey Kevin Jeffrey (Danielle Metivier) of Fredericton; his daughter Mary Lou Wagg of Lower Sackville, NS; and his four grandchildren Tamara, Renee, Christie and Jeff. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his son Merle Rae Jeffrey; brother Bradford Larkin Jeffrey; sisters Evelyn Jeffrey, Louise Jeffrey and Dora Howie. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, (646-2424) with visitation on Sunday June 27, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday June 28, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery.
