MOORE, MURIEL - The death of Muriel Moore of Sussex occurred at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on July 15, 2004. Muriel was born in Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia, a daughter of the late Charles G. and Ethel "Susie" (Kirk) Reid. She is survived by her sons, Gordon Moore and his wife Linda and Michael Moore and his wife Georgina, both of Sussex, grandson Alec Moore at home and granddaughter Crista McNaulty (Sean) of Saint John, a sister Betty Annand of Halifax and several nieces and nephews. Muriel was predeceased by her daughter Olga Moore, husband Reginald Moore, sister Joan Marvin and a brother Leighton Reid. At the family's request there will be no visitation. The funeral service will be held on Sunday July 18, 2004 at 2:00 PM at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, conducted by Mrs. Jeannette Cosman, Staff Associate Minister. Interment will be at Kirk Hill Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
