LJUNGSTROM, M.F. DOROTHY - The death of Mrs. M.F. Dorothy Ljungstrom (Allan), of the Gagetown Nursing Home, wife of the late Sea Captain G.B. Ljungstrom, occurred on Saturday July 17, 2004 at her residence. Born 1911 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Glendon and Myla (Hatfield) Allan. She is survived by son G. B. Ljungstron Q.C. (Linda) of Saint John; grandchildren G.B. Ljungstrom (Jennifer) of Ottawa and Alexandra Sullivan (Charles); great grandchildren Matthew, Gregor, Davis and Kiefer Sullivan and Ainsley and Parker Ljungstrom. Dorothy was a Pharmacist and had worked for Allan's Pharmacy, Horslsers Drug Store and the Provincial Hospital. By request there will be no visitation or service. Following cremation, a private family interment will take place in Sjuntorp, Sweden at a later date. In lieu of donations the family has requested to call an old friend and do a favor for a stranger.
