CRONK, HALLIE ROBERTA - Hallie Roberta Cronk, 83, passed away at the Grand Manan Nursing Home on Thursday July 22, 2004, after a lengthy illness. Born in North Head she was the daughter of the late Manford and Beatrice Daggett. Mrs. Cronk was a member of the Church of Ascension, and the Ladies Guild and was the former clerk for the Village of North Head until her retirement. Mrs. Cronk is survived by one daughter Marilyn (Paul) Burke, Moncton. Three sons Richard (Katherine), Ronald (Pamela), Peter (Marilyn) Cronk all of North Head, ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Clyde Wendell Cronk, three sisters Jessie, Alice and Clara, one brother Charles and two grand sons Ryan and Haydn. Visitation will be held at the Church of the Ascension on Friday 2-4 pm, 7-9 pm from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:30 pm with Lic. Kevin Frankland, assisted by Lic. Freda Large with interment to follow in North Head Community Cemetery. Donations to the Church Memorial Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
