GUTHRIE, LOIS E. - At the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday July 25, 2004; Lois Eileen (Watters) Guthrie, wife of Leamon Guthrie of West Saint John, NB. Born in Saint John, NB she is the daughter of the late Stewart and Beatrice (Smith) Watters. Lois was a former member of St. George's Anglican Church and was a former member of the I.O.D.E. Surviving in addition to her husband Leamon are her children Lynn Doyle (Harold), Marilyn Guthrie all of Saint John, Brenda LeBlanc (Carl) of North Bay, Ont., Kim Guthrie, Donna Guthrie, Robert Guthrie (Cherry) all of Saint John, grandchildren, Dale (Shelly Brown), Chris (Sarah), Meghan, Jason, Mark, Melissa and Leah May, several great grandchildren, one nephew and cousins. Lois is the last surviving member of her immediate family. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave, West Saint John (506-634-1701) from where the service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday July 28th, 2004 at 11:00 am. The interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be on Tuesday from 2- 4 and 7 - 9 pm.
