STRONG, MILDRED GLADYS - The passing of Mildred Gladys (McBride) Strong of Woodstock NB occurred Friday, July 30, 2004 at the Carleton Manor at the age 101. Mildred is survived by sister Gertrude Taylor of Woodstock, NB, Grandson Thomas (Tom) Strong (Jennifer) Woodstock, NB, Granddaughter Juanita Delong (Harold) of Jacksonville, NB, great grandsons Wade, Ryan, and Justin Delong, great granddaughters Julie (Strong) Weeks, Kelly (Strong) Brown, great great grandchildren Jordan and Alexandra Weeks and a daughter-in-law Marilyn Strong of Woodstock, NB. Mildred was predeceased by her husband Perley and son Murray. Visitation will be held at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, NB on Sunday August 1, 2004 from 3-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 2, 2004 at 1:00 PM from the funeral home chapel. Burial to follow in the Lindsay Cemetery.
