David G. "Dave" Lee RIVER HEBERT - David G. "Dave" Lee - 58, River Hebert, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2007, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Toronto, he was a son of Gwen and the late Harry Lee. He was a member of Local 73 Boilermakers, Halifax, for 30 years, where he also taught the Saint John Ambulance course. He enjoyed farming and raising cattle. He was a family man who loved to spend time with his wife and children. He was a member of the King Edward No. 86 Masonic Lodge, River Hebert. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, the former Janie Brown; sons, David (Natalie), Dalhousie, N.B.; Colt, River Hebert; daughters, Carrie (Robbie), River Hebert; Jacquelyn, at home; Crystal, Amherst; granddaughter, Tory-Don; brothers, Phil (Debbie), Bruce (Donna); sisters, Carol Babineau, Linda Wannamaker (Al), all of Ontario; brother, Alan Young (Pam); sister, Mary, both of England, and sister, Judy Mowder (Bill), U.S.A. He was predeceased by his father, Harry, and sister, Joan. His family will receive visitors in Furlong-Jones Chapel, 66 Church St., Amherst (667-8777), on Sunday from 2-6 p.m. His funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, March 26, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Sheldon LeGrow officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
