QUARTERMAIN, LORNA BLANCHE - Mrs. Lorna Blanche Quartermain of Waterford, NB, passed away at her residence on August 23, 2004 at the age of 76. Lorna was born in Dutch Valley NB on October 25, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Herbert J. and Edna M. (McFarlane) Yeomans and the beloved wife of the late Mansell Quartermain who passed away in 1994. Lorna is survived by her daughter, Laurie Quartermain and her husband David Duncan of Dartmouth; her brother, Lloyd and his wife Bunty of Mississauga, Ontario; two sisters, Mary Lawson and her husband Stewart of Rockville, Betty Stewart and her husband Doug of Dutch Valley; two sister-in-laws Isobel Yeomans of Dutch Valley and Marilyn Yeomans of Fredericton; and her brother-in-law Jim Attwood of Islington, Ont.; as well as several nieces and nephews. Lorna was predeceased by her son, Mark, by her brothers Bob and Colby and by her sister Edris Attwood. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Wednesday 2-4, 7-9pm.
