GREEN, MARGARET DOROTHY (PEACHES) - The death of Margaret Dorothy (Peaches) Green of 256 Winnipeg Crescent, Miramichi, NB occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Sunday, October 3, 2004 at the age of 78. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Leo and Fredericka (Matson) McGobvern. Margaret was a retired caregiver and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br # 3, Chatham, NB. Margaret is survived by one daughter: Colleen Hanscom of Kelowna BC, four sons: Gary of Ottawa, Derek (Cathleen) of Nelson Miramichi, NB; Shaun (Yvonne) of Brooks, AB; and Ryan (Andrea) of Saint John, NB, one brother Joe of California and three grandchildren, Christopher, Devon and Conor and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by daughter Lenora, two sisters: Audrey and Eckie and one brother: Bill. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 9, 2004 at 10 AM from St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church with Father David Martin officiating.
