SAUNDERS, LT(N) CHRISTOPHER EDWARD - 32. Lost his life in service to his country aboard the HMCS Chicoutimi on October 6th, 2004. Only son of Hugh Saunders of Gondola Point , NB and Deborah (Hughes) Sullivan, Summerville, NB. Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife Gwendolyn; two sons Benjamin and Luke of Halifax, NS; sister Melissa; and many extended family. Funeral services for Christopher will be held in Halifax, NS on Wednesday, October 13th, 2004 at 11:00 am in St. Andrews United Church.
