WHITE, MARY HELENA (HAZELWOOD) - Peacefully on Friday October 8, 2004 Mary White passed away at St. Peters Hospital in Hamilton Ontario in her 74th year. Predeceased by her husband Donald White. She is survived by her children Michael and Rosenda, Ian and Cheryl, Geoff and Lisa, and Andrew and Janet. Loving grandmother of Tabitha, Nicholas, Braden, Brian, Eric, Steven and Joshua.
