Beloved husband of Denise (deGrasse) Hachey of Sudbury; loving father of Agnes Pomerleau of Ottawa, Joan Malcolmson (Paul) of Toronto, John Hachey (Heather) of Sudbury, and Robert Hachey (Michelle) of Marathon; cherished grandfather of Diane, Richard and Andrew Pomerleau, Kelly, Janet and Kenneth Malcolmson, Michael Hachey, Joey and Jamie Hachey; dear son of Merle Hachey and Mary (Ross) Hachey-McGraw, both predeceased; dear brother of Hampford predeceased (Celia of Moncton), Ross (Irene) of Saskatchewan, Ruth Cassidy (Bernie) of Halifax and Eleanor Olscamp (John) of Moncton; dear brother-in-law of Cecile deGrasse, Bill and Jeannine Doucet, Regina Boudreau, Louise and Paul Heckbert, Alice and Austin Sullivan, Charles and Jeannine deGrasse, all of New Brunswick. Sadly missed by 36 nieces and nephews. Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent Street at Hazel Street. Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Church, 426 Burton Ave, Sudbury, Monday, October 25th, 2004 at 11 a.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
