ALLPORT, LINDA ANNETTE - The death of Linda Annette Allport occurred on November 8, 2004, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Southport, England she was the daughter of Barrie and Josephine 'Judy' (Yates) Allport. She was employed in the administration services department of Baxters Dairies Ltd. She enjoyed tole-painting and craft-work. Besides her parents she is survived by her brother Gary and his wife Linda Simard of Saint John, her sister Carol and her husband Peter Duplisea of Halifax, NS, her niece Stephanie Allport, and her nephews Michael Allport and Adam and Christopher Duplisea, and several aunts uncles and cousins. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday morning, November 10, 2004 at a time and place to be announced, followed by cremation.
