Frederick Arthur Clark CLARK - Frederick Arthur Clark age 76 passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2007 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre in Upper Nappan, N.S., following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Halifax, N.S., he was the only child of the late Arthur and Susie (Dowe) Clark. As a young man, Fred began working for K.P. Allen and then on to Enamel Heating for many years and lastly I.M.P., Amherst until his retirement.Fred was a member of Knights of Pythias Chignecto Lodge 11, where he served as a past Chancellor (P.C.). He had a great passion for bluegrass music, dancing, long Sunday drives and spending time at the beach with his family and friends. He is survived by his loving daughters, Liz Clark, Evelyn Morsy and Hazel (Len) Jordan all of Calgary AB, Alma (Paul) LeBlanc of Fort St. John BC; stepdaughters, Darlene (Ian) Black, Karen (Garth) Turple both of Amherst and 9 grandchildren and their extended families.Fred was predeceased by his loving companion Eleanor Chapman (2006). His remains are resting in Campbell's Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst (667-9906) with visiting on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with the Knights of Pythias service at 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. from Campbell's Chapel with Rev.
