JANES, DAVID GEORGE - The death of David G. Janes, 63, husband of Diane E. (Steele) Janes occurred at his residence after a lengthily illness on November 26, 2004. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Clement and Theresa (Doucet) Janes. David worked with Irving Paper for 32 years in Saint John, NB. He is survived by his wife Diane, two daughters, Dyana McLellan (Jim), Mississauga, Ont., Danielle Janes (Wayne), Pickering Ont., three brothers, Bob Janes (Gayle), Amherst, NS, Bill Janes, Saint John, NB, and Ron Janes (Gloria), Saint John, NB, one sister Carol Wiggins (Doug), Rothesay, NB, also several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424), with visiting on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
