GOGUEN, LAURIE J. - The death of Laurie J. Goguen of the Dr. Snow Centre, Hampton, and formerly of Saint John, husband of the late Jeanette (Martin) Goguen, occurred at his residence on Friday, December 3, 2004. Mr. Goguen was born in Rogersville, a son of the late David and Zelica (Babineau) Goguen and had resided the greater part of his life in Saint John where he had been employed with Joseph A. Likely Ltd. and as a longshoreman. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by two daughters, Laurie Ann McPherson (Russell) of Ontario, and Gail Madeline O'Neill (Austin Price) of Barnesville; two brothers, Armand Goguen (Babe), and Roger Goguen (Carolyn), both of Saint John; one sister, June Poirier (John Paul) of Cassidy Lake; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joachim's Church on Tuesday morning at ten o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. wwwfitzpatrickfh.com
