BAUER, OLGA ELEANOR - Olga E. Bauer of Island View Heights, Saint John West, NB, wife of 54 years to Edward A. Bauer, passed away peacefully on Saturday December 4, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Stuartburn Manitoba, Olga was the daughter of the late John and Katerena Rekunyk. Olga is survived by her husband Edward; two sons Wayne (Barbara) of Calgary, Alberta and Barkley (Rachel) of Rothesay, NB; two daughters, Beverley (Kenneth) Marcynuk of Ottawa, Ontario and Lynn (Vass) Tsivos of Athens, Greece; two sisters, Ann Rekunyk and Mary Kadyniuk of Winnipeg, Manitoba; seven grandchildren, Curtis, Christopher, Pasha, Ashley, Torin, Olga Zoe - Lydia and Demi; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one grandson Thano Tsivos. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, with visiting on Wednesday from 5PM until 8PM. A private family service will be held on Thursday at Brenan's Bay View Chapel. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Remembrances may be made in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
