ROBERT DUNCAN BURNS

BURNS, ROBERT DUNCAN - Son of the late Duncan and Essie (Northrup) Burns of Aylesford, N.S and formerly of Saint John, N.B passed away peacefully in his 93rd year on December 21, 2004 at the Grandview Manor in Berwick, N.S. Bob was predeceased by his wife Alice (Campbell) in 1992 and is survived by two sons Robert (Barbara) Burns of London, ONT and Raymond Burns of Kingston, ONT and one daughter Alice (Bob) Montgomery of Aylesford, N.S and six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Bob served in the army during WWII with the Saint John Fusilliers and the Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa. He worked for fifty two years at T.S. Simms retiring in 1978 and moving to Aylesford, N.S. There will be a memorial service for Bob in late spring 2005 at the Memorial Gardens in Saint John, N.B.
