(Age 88) Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family on July 12, 2008 at St. Luke's Home. Fraser was a World War II veteran. Predeceased by his parents, six brothers and one sister. Leaving to mourn loving wife Jean of 61 years; children Russ Winsor (Glenna), Lois Fogwill (David), Fraser Winsor (Donna); brothers Jack and Gordon; grandchildren Michael Winsor (Stephanie), Jennifer Winsor, David Fogwill (Karen), Heather Fogwill, Lauren Winsor and Andie Winsor, also many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at St. Luke's for their friendship, care, and compassion. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday July 15, 2008 at 11 a.m. from Barrett's Chapel.
