PARISH, ELIZABETH ABAGAIL - The death of Elizabeth Parish of Blue Mountain Bend occurred on January 24, 2005 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 87. Born in Blue Mountain Bend she was the daughter of the late Edward (Perry) and Annie Jenkins. She is survived by her husband Lemuel Parish; five daughters, Leota Lacey of Lloydminster, Alb., Rena Cassista of Blue Mountain Bend, Esther Brewer and Evelyn (Glenn) Knowlton both of Oxbow and Peggy (Hughie) Diamond of Plaster Rock; eight sons, Leonard Parish of Burntland Brook, Wendell (Shirley) Parish of Blue Bell, Perry (Val) Parish of Brookland, Ont., Russell (Shirley) Parish of Two Brooks, Stephen (Elaine) Parish of Oxbow, Brian (Marilyn) of Blue Mountain Bend, Boyd Parish of Saskatoon, SK and Douglas (Sandra) Parish of Crombie; 46 grandchildren, 74 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, five boys, six brothers and four sisters. Resting at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church, Plaster Rock with visiting hours on Wednesday January 26th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday January 27th at 2 PM from the church with Rev. D.H. McKillop officiating. Interment in the Riley Brook Cemetery.
