MARTIN, JOSEPH ALBERT 'AL' - The death of Joseph Albert 'Al' Martin, of Clarendon, NB, occurred on February 2, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in St. Leonard, NB. He was a veteran of WWII and worked with various firms as a sales representative. He is survived by his son Robert 'Bob' Martin and his wife Carol of Grand Bay-Westfield, his sister Irene Poitras of Grand Falls, NB, his son-in-law Gerry Chamberlain of Quispamsis, his five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. His daughter Jane Chamberlain predeceased him. Following cremation a memorial service will be held at Brenans Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), at 11:00 AM, on Monday, February 7, 2005. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery in the spring.
