ALLAN, EILEEN CHRISTINE (BLACK) - Loving wife for Merle W. Allan passed away peacefully on Tuesday February 8, 2005 at her residence. Born 1921 in Halifax, NS, she was the only daughter of the late Roy B. and Amy H. (Berrett) Black. She is survived by two sons Ronald of Anagance Ridge, NB and Lawrence (Teresa) of Saint John; one daughter Merleen (Donald) Smith of Hampton; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Delcia of Ontario; and several cousins. She enjoyed doing crafts and playing bingo and was a lifelong member of the Women's Institute. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday February 11, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Anagance Cemetery in the spring.
